DUE TO COVID-19, THERE WILL BE SOME POLICY CHANGES.
No-show and cancellation policies still apply. To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours notice.
If you are sick, coughing, difficulty breathing, the temperature of 99 degrees or higher, taking care of someone who is sick, quarantined due to having Covid-19, or someone in your household in the last 30 days please let your beauty professional 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we can reschedule.
A valid credit card is required to book all services. Your card will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit. The deposit will be listed when booking your service(s).
BOOKING POLICY
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required, and a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee will be charged. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and will contribute towards the total cost of your scheduled service. The remaining balance can be settled in cash or by credit card.
LATE/TARDY POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible experience for you and our other clients. We allow a fifteen-minute grace period, after which your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Should you need to make any changes to your appointment time, please call us at 786-468-1233 as soon as possible.
NO SHOW
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of the deposit/retainer fee.
CANCELATION POLICY
To accommodate the needs of all our clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we require a minimum of twenty-four hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
NO KIDS POLICY
For safety reasons and to maintain a calm environment, we kindly request that you arrange childcare for your little ones during your visit.. If you bring your child/children to attend your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled and bookingfee/retainer fee forfeited.
